OFF-LINE INSPECTION

A sample is manually removed from the production line and tested in a stand alone unit. Pass/Fail limits can be pre-set to detect leaks, and store information. This unit provides a fast non-subjective test for leaks, providing key information to the operation of the packaging line and providing an early warning of seal problems. the tested product can then be returned to the production line.

RANDOM INSPECTION

Automated selection of packs to be tested from the production line, and returning of non-leakers. This unit provides a cost effective means of continuous sampling and early warning of seal problems.

IN-LINE INSPECTION

A tailor made unit for testing 100% of the product coming from a packaging line. All failed product is rejected for re-packing. This unit not only ensures the leaking packs are removed before outer carton packing, it provides an early warning of seal quality problems, hence reducing the number of leaking packaging.
